Self-contained holiday cottage which can accommodate up to five people and has a large open lounge with an easterly view overlooking well maintained native parkland and the waters of St Georges Basin. This a pet friendly (unfenced) 1960s cottage, opposite a lovely shaded Council park. There is plenty of wildlife to observe close up, kangaroos in particular are regular visitors to the yard. There is plenty of off-street parking and a large back yard with room to hose down water sports equipment or park your car. It's just a one minute drive to Palm Beach which is a great family swimming beach that is very safe for children. A boat ramp is located just 900 metres along Sanctuary Point Road adjoining a family friendly reserve which is very popular for windsurfing.
