Richmond Village Market

Description:

The Richmond Village Market supports local farmers, small hold producers, artisans and artists. This market is run to benefit local residents and businesses and provides an additional attraction for tourists to the region, and further promote Richmond and the Coal River Valley throughout the world. Showcasing our local talented artists and producers in our gatherings each Saturday. This market provides authentic Tasmanian handmade and home-grown products and produce that you are unlikely to find anywhere else in the state all in one convenient space. Everything at the market is direct from the producer, artist themselves or the farmer. The Community Stall provides locals who need to pass on their extra produce a place to sell them or give them away, whilst providing a donation to the community fund. Every Saturday from 9am until 3pm in the Richmond Town Hall and surrounds. An all weather, all year market that provides a magnificent Village backdrop to a progressive and talented group of stallholders who are passionate about their own products and produce. Ever changing and renewing its content with the majority of stallholders having one off products only available in Richmond. The best little market in Richmond, Tasmania.
