Wenton Farm has two modern self catering cottages located on our beef cattle property. Each cottage has a front deck and paved back area both overlooking different aspects of the property. Cottages are two or three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining/lounge and large outdoor deck area with undercover barbecue. Guests can wander the property at will and safely. Property is pleasantly undulating, well treed and green for most of the year. Enjoy views of hillsides and dam. See kangaroos grazing in the paddocks and wonderful native birds. Beef cattle and chickens are kept on the farm. Peaceful and quiet yet only 500 metres from an arterial road and five minutes drive to local beach and shops and an easy drive to River Murray mouth at historic Goolwa, Horseshoe Bay at beautiful Port Elliot and Granite Island at Victor Harbor. Urimbirra Wildlife Park and Greenhills adventure park are also within easy distance. Wineries abound with the local wineries 10 to 15 minutes away to McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek wine districts is 35 minutes away. Staying at Wenton Farm allows you to enjoy all the region has to offer and return to the peace and quiet, watching and hearing the 'local natives'.
