The veranda is partly enclosed with a north facing outdoor entertaining area with sea views. Barbecue with gas and radio/CD player supplied. Split system air conditioning with cooling and heating. There is a washing machine and ample off street parking with easy access to rear yard. Situated adjacent to the Wool Bay walking trail and easy access to the jetty and Wool Bay beach.
