The Great Escape is situated on the other side of the road at Black Point; approximately halfway along the front row of shacks. Sleeping ten people, The Great Escape has four bedrooms with two queen beds, two sets of bunk beds and a trio bunk. Pillows and quilts are provided however guests need to bring linen, towels and tea-towels. There are two bathrooms, and one has a bath. The double-storey property has two separate lounge areas, both with televisions and DVD players. Large open-plan family room, kitchen and dining area upstairs is fitted with iPod docking stations and reverse cycle split air conditioning. The large upstairs balcony extends across the front of the house, providing sea views of the Black Point bay. A hooded barbecue is located on the balcony. The house has a large wooden deck at both the front and back, and there is plenty of off-street parking for cars. The Great Escape is located just an 80 metre walk to the white sandy beach.
