The Rotary Park is also known to Gunnedah locals as 'The Rocket Park'. A large Rocket Ship style play equipment is built on the grounds and the park is located on the corner of Ashford Street and Gallen Avenue. The area is a great spot for children to play in and run around on the large grassed area. Playground equipment is available along with sheltered picnic tables set amongst lots of shady trees.
