There is a second bathroom with washing machine. The fully-landscaped gardens lead to mesmerising views over the Tamar and beyond. For the food and wine lover, there is an extensive library of cookbooks, fruit trees, a herb garden and barbecue pit. Rates include first-day starter breakfast provisions, ground coffee and a Nespesso machine, and a complimentary bottle of local wine. You have sole occupancy of the property. Windermere is on a beautiful section of the eastern Tamar with easy access to historic towns, mountains, beaches, berry farms, orchards and wineries, fine restaurants and gourmet produce. Windermere is a 15-minute drive (20 km) north of Launceston.
