Muscat House is a luxurious bespoke self-contained three bedroom cottage within easy strolling distance to the town centre of Rutherglen and caters for couples, groups, is pet friendly and pet secure. Muscat House accommodates up to six adults and has two living areas. Muscat House is features three beautifully appointed rooms, two of which contain queen wrought iron beds and the third bedroom with two king single wrought iron beds. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and contains an island bench. The large bathroom contains a deep bath big enough for two. The house also has a second toilet in close proximity to the second bedroom. The dining room contains a metre Crystal Chandelier and an oak French provincial dining setting and features polished timber floors throughout. If you prefer to eat out doors there is an alfresco dining area with barbecue overlooking the rose and iris garden or just relax under the vines on the back veranda and enjoy the ambience. The rear landscaped garden is fully fenced with a well maintained manicured lawn area, extensive gardens and an idyllic place to partake in a glass of Rutherglen wine.
