Just five minutes from the town of Khancoban is Murray 2 Power Station Visitors Centre, which provides a unique experience of the Snowy Mountains Scheme. Free inspection tours take place twice daily, at 11am and 2pm. You’ll see informative displays, watch a short video on the scheme and view the power station from the inside viewing area. A cafe in the Visitors Centre serves light refreshments.
