Hunter Valley YHA is located in the heart of wine country, in a very convenient location on the road to Pokolbin and the main vineyards. In a rural setting, the hostel has its own small vineyard, and lovely pool and outdoor barbecue area. Now with free Wi-Fi hot spot for guests. Recently refurbished, it has a new kitchen and lounge room, and great bathrooms. The rooms open out onto the spacious outdoor area with a lovely pool, barbecue and hammocks. There's so much to do here you'll need several days. Visit the quirky Hunter Valley Gardens, meet the locals at the zoo, go horse riding or bushwalking. Get a birds-eye view of the scenery on a hot air balloon flight, skydive, or scenic plane flight. Ask about special packages with local wine tours.
