Since 1986 Exceptional Kangaroo Island has offered all inclusive small group and private tours of Kangaroo Island, travelling in comfortable 4WDs and promising good food, wine and wildlife in the wild. Tours depart Adelaide (with air), Kingscote, American River and surrounds and can be small group or private where the experience is totally tailored. Scheduled tours have 2-12 guests and guides if the group exceeds six. Meals are prepared by our in-house Chef and include boutique local wines, beers and soft drink. Our guests love the combination of nature and hospitality - immersive and sustainable wildlife encounters with delicious locally sourced food served al fresco. Our fleet is custom-built to suit Island roads and driven by the most experienced Island guides with a conversation not a commentary. We have twice won "Best Australian Experience" and regularly feature in Top 10 Australian wildlife and luxury tour operator rankings. We have earned a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2013, 2014, 2015,2016 and 2017. We package with the premier accommodation providers and regularly offer thematic trips with a focus on family adventures, wildlife encounters, farm-gate, winery, micro-brewery, artisan distillery, photography, private art studio visits, birding and active adventures.
