The Cubby House Farmstay offers granny flat style accommodation set on 16 acres at 604 metres above sea level, only two kilometres drive from the historic town of Rylstone. The flat accommodates two to four guests and has a patio with gas barbecue and outside dining to help you enjoy the peaceful setting. A king size bed, and night and day sofa lounge that converts into a double bed, are available. You will find modern cooking facilities, colour television and your own bathroom facilities. The Cubby House is just a 20 minute walk to Rylstone. The Cubby House is a three hour 40 minute drive north-west from Sydney. Your hosts are Margaret, Daniel and Clare Chadwick. The farm runs goats, chooks and ducks, and dogs. A dozen fresh farm eggs are supplied. Other activities on the farm include bushwalking, wildlife, bird watching, stargazing or just have a peaceful and relaxing stay and view the rocky mountains of Kandos.
