Cornwall Cottage is located in a private wing of "Cornwall" homestead, a 14-minute drive from Hobart. Set on 40 acres the cottage offers peace, tranquillity and magnificent rural and water views over Barilla Bay. Cornwall Cottage accommodates up to four guests in rooms beautifully furnished with country style furniture and antiques. One bedroom has a queen-size old style iron bed, the other has two single iron beds. There is a full bathroom, separate toilet. A laundry is available on request. A large sitting room is equipped with a large digital television, DVD player, CD player, with a library of discs and books. The kitchenette has all the electrical appliances you'll need to "cook up a storm" and there is an outdoor barbecue. Ingredients for a hearty breakfast; farm eggs, cereals, home baked bread and homemade jams, tea, coffee, milk are supplied. There is private access and plenty of parking is provided. Cornwall Cottage is ideally located to visit all the attractions the South has to offer including the historic Richmond village, wineries and restaurants. In Hobart visit Salamanca Place and Market. Take a day trip to Port Arthur, Tahune Forest Air Walk in the Huon Valley, or MONA Museum.
