With water views of Jervis Bay and a short stroll to Vincentia Golf Club, this ever popular holiday home provides all that is needed to enjoy a weekend away or a longer stay by the seaside. As you walk in, you are presented with light and airy living/dining room that leads through to a galley style kitchen and informal meals area. There are three bedrooms on this level and the main bathroom. Downstairs features a large rumpus/kids bedroom, the fourth bedroom, laundry/bathroom and easy access to the tiered back yard. Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. They will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels.
