The downstairs family room has reverse cycle air conditioner & TV whilst the bathroom offers a bath, separate shower and toilet and the laundry has a washing machine. No more than a few minutes walk to Boomer Beach with access via a seaside gate. There is ample off street parking plus a garage under the main roof. A Gas BBQ is also available.
