Wombat Lodge is located on a private 40 acre property with great views overlooking Morton National Park. The huge front deck is the perfect place to take in the endless views during the day and you can gaze at the countless stars at night. The deck is great for entertaining and is equipped with an outdoor entertaining setting and gas barbecue, there also an outside lounge setting. The house has just been recently renovated. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and guests will love curling up on the comfy leather lounges in front of the wood fireplace with a glass of red wine or watch one of the many DVDs on the large screen television. At dawn and dusk you have a good chance of spotting some of the local native wildlife including wombats, kangaroos, wallabies and many species of birds.
