With water views of Jervis Bay and 100 metres from Nelson Beach and Plantation Point, this ever popular holiday home provides all that is needed to enjoy a weekend away or a longer stay by the seaside. As you walk in, you are presented with a stairwell that leads upstairs to four bedrooms (three with water views) and the bathroom; or off to the left is a kids retreat/playroom. Off to the right is a spacious comfortable lounge room that leads to the dining area and a rumpus or media room. The kitchen and meals area is on ground floor also and leads you out to an undercover outdoor dining area. The kids will be safe in a two tiered landscaped backyard, with lockable side access gates. Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. Please bring your own beach towels.
