The Grande Vue Private Hotel offers heritage-style accommodation in Battery Point, Hobart. Battery Point is a five-minute walk from Hobart's CBD, Salamanca Market and Hobart's waterfront. The Grand Vue Hotel is a Queen Anne-style mansion, built in 1906 as a family home. The property has been refurbished to restore many of the architectural features, including stained glass windows, and ornate fireplaces. You can choose from beautifully designed studio rooms, each with king- or queen-size beds, marble bathrooms and kitchenettes in each room. The Turret Room has been decorated in grand style with a French antique bed, original fireplace and oval soaker/spa bath in your marble bathroom. The 2 bedroom Water View Spa Suite has spectacular water views, 1 queen + king/twin beds and a marble bathroom with a corner spa and shower. There are also Executive Water View, Superior & Water View rooms available. Chambre room does not feature a water view. All rooms feature flat panel televisions, DVD players and free internet access. If required a continental breakfast is delivered to your room @ $15 per person. We have a comfortable guest lounge which is a perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or catch up with friends.
