Located within easy walking distance (400 metres) to Kangaroo Valley village, Beluca Cottage is a cute two storey cottage style home set on five acres with gardens, pool and views to the classic Kangaroo Valley Escarpments. The house is set well back from the road to ensure privacy. There are three bedrooms, one with en-suite and a newly renovated main bathroom. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have cottage style ceilings giving an open feeling in the summer, but 'cosy' in the winter with the combustion fireplace. Beluca sleeps up to six adults in comfort with two queen bed rooms and one bunk bed. The reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating complements the neat Log Burner to ensure all year round comfort. In Summer months you can enjoy the private pool with its deck and screening whilst in winter enjoy the benefits of the outside fire pit. The Cottage is surrounded by native plants that offer both seclusion and an ideal setting for the local, varied bird life of Kangaroo Valley! A short walk will bring you into the Village with its array of Cafes, Restaurants and shops and the Village Pub.
