Sol y Vista self contained relaxing accommodation is set in a semi-rural area, in three acres, only four kilometres from the central business district of Bathurst. "Sol y Vista" means "Sun and View" as it enjoys great views over Bathurst and the Blue Mountains and is solar passive in design. The accommodation is large, north facing, sunny, with a studio and two separate bedrooms. The studio is an open-plan area including full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable living space, flat screen TV, DVD, ceiling fan and a slow combustion wood fire (firewood supplied). There are two bathrooms including two toilets, two showers and a bathtub, all heated by Tastics . There is free Wi-Fi, full laundry facilities, a gas barbecue and off-street parking for three cars. Accommodating up to six persons, Sol y Vista is attached to a house but is a private self contained space for you. Longer stays are welcome and negotiable. Corporate and weekly rates available.
