Rocky Cape National Park

C227 and C233 Rocky Cape Australia

Description:

Rocky Cape National Park is a promontory extending out into Bass Strait in Tasmania's north-west. Rocky Cape's tracks, cliffs and beaches attract walkers and rock climbers. The area's coastal heathlands bloom with wildflowers in summer and there's good fishing and diving around the shores. Native wildlife is abundant. Take a torch on an evening walk and meet wallabies, wombats and possums. The park entrance is five kilometres off the A2, 30 kilometres west of Wynyard.
