Self-contained accommodation for maximum of 8 guests, this hilltop retreat has uninterrupted views of Leasingham and beyond in the beautiful Clare Valley. Spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All windows are double glazed with block-out blinds. There are two reverse cycle split systems, one in the master bedroom and on in the fourth bedroom area. The other areas are cooled by ducted evaporative air-conditioning and heated by a free standing gas heater in the living area. Special Conditions: - The premise is not to be used for parties or large congregations of people. - No smoking inside please. - Sorry, no pets. - Not suitable for young children (toddler to 8 years)
