ClareVilla

Description:

ClareVilla is completely self contained and private. It is a renovated mud brick barn of 'post and beam' construction using bricks manufactured on site and ancient timber beams sourced from old wool stores and dismantled docks. In its new life, it is a sophisticated yet relaxed space, ideally suited for a couple's getaway. The villa shares 10 rolling acres with the homestead (about 60 metres away) nestled into the escarpment and perched above Morton National Park. Accommodation consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, compact but complete bathroom (including a washing machine and dryer), and a cosy living area with gas log fire. Upstairs is a large loft space and outside is a barbecue and sitting area. Extra beds can be arranged on request. WiFi is available. Breakfast (cereal, bread, milk, butter, eggs and bacon, home made jams and fresh fruit) as well as basic necessities such as brewed coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper et cetera are all provided.
