The high ceilings offer Old-world charm while the modern en-suites with private access offer New-world comfort. Langhorne Creek is a wine region of South Australia and has Mediterranean climate making it an ideal area for production of premium table wines. Only 50 minute drive from Adelaide in the Fleurieu Peninsula and 10 minutes drive to the historical township of Strathalbyn. Views of the property and surrounding area are breath taking and change with the seasons. The open spaces with peace and quiet, off the beaten track is not to be underestimated, we have no street lights out here you can take in great views of the stars on a clear night. Guests can walk only a few steps to join the activities within the cellar door during opening hours. Guests can walk around the vineyard, providing they walk on the tracks provided and keep a lookout for vehicles. This is a operating vineyard /winery with tastings available. Hosts Phillip & Judy provide provisions for a continental breakfast or on request with an additional charge provide a cooked breakfast.
